How to connect the smart plug?

1. Download the Smart Life App and create an account.
2. Plug in the device and make sure the indicator light is blinking.
3. The Smart Life App will automatically detect the plug.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

What if the connection fails?

1. Unplug the device and hold for 5 seconds to reset.
2. Reconnect using AP mode (refer to the video guide).
3. If the connection fails, check for the "SmartLife-xx" hotspot in AP mode. If it’s not available, contact our support team for assistance. If it is available, check your router settings.

How to use the plug with third-party voice assistants?

Connect the plug to the Smart Life App and link your third-party service account (such as Alexa, Google Home, or SmartThings) through the app. Alternatively, enable the "Smart Life" skill in the voice assistant's app.

What if my smart home plug is broken?
