The measurements are 54" all around where it sits on the horse, with the center strap that attaches to the girth adjustable from 19" to 20" and the strap that attaches to the girth adjustable from 13" to 20". The adjustable running martingale attachment, which is removable, measures 16" to 25" not including rings.
