This is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Mesh smart plug that requires network connection through Alexa Echo. The smart plug connects to Alexa Echo via BLE Mesh. Ensure that your paired plug is within 30 ft (9 m) of your Alexa Echo (if there is an indoor barrier, the distance cannot exceed 10 ft). Please make sure the Echo device is online before setting up the smart plug. Set up the plugs one by one and do not pair multiple plugs simultaneously. Exioty Smart Plug is designed for optimal compatibility and exclusive use with Alexa, and does not support other apps or voice assistants. It is not compatible with Smart Life, Homekit, Google Home, and SmartThings.
